I had a great experience participating in the adult class! I joined as a young adult with basically no martial arts experience, and everyone I met was incredibly warm and welcoming. I genuinely looked forward to class after work as a place to let off some steam and catch up with fellow students. The masters are top notch, providing individual pointers to every student and more than a few laughs. The environment is just great and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there and just being around such great people. We had a great experience with our child’s first trial class! The instructors were friendly, patient, and very welcoming. They did a wonderful job making our child feel comfortable and engaged throughout the class. We really appreciated the positive and encouraging environment.
