This was my first time doing Reiki and it was beyond my expectations. I did a distance Reiki session with Dana and wasn't sure if I would even feel anything, but I for sure did and it was amazing! Dana helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted to work on with a Tarot reading and it was so on point. I wanted to focus on long time fatigue and energy blockages. During the session I was in a deep meditative state and just felt so relaxed and peaceful. I felt tingling and the energy clearing throughout my body. Reiki with Dana was AMAZING!! Upon my initial session of Reiki with Dana I was delighted to experience far greater physical benefits than originally anticipated. I expected the treatment to be relaxing and it certainly met that expectation. In addition to being calming and meditative there were distinct physical effects following the treatment similar to a deep tissue massage such as a release of toxins which I could feel in my face, sinuses and throughout my body. I drank a lot of water following treatment which was beneficial in processing the release of toxins.
