This is an addendum to my previous review. The night after the trees were trimmed, one of the trees that had lights in it did not light up. Also, several of the lights had been dislodged and were hanging down from the branches. I notified Mike, and he was sympathetic and responsive. The day after I notified him, he sent a handyman to fix the lights and reposition them in the tree. In this time when companies sometimes “hit and run”, Mike was there for me. Accidents happen. He was responsible and fixed the problem promptly. This is the kind of company you want to deal with.
Removed two trees from the backyard and several large shrubs in the front, pruned an overgrown fruit tree and hibiscus bush. Complete clean up and let us review the work before payment. Arrived on time, 8:30 am, and left by 11:30 am. Affordable as well. We are happy with the work.
Raul and his team were great. They were careful with the surrounding trees while cutting down the large one. Their technique made it look so easy. Raul was responsive. Highly recommend.
