I moved my 1 bdr apartment in the Bay Area today with Hello Movers. They arrived 2 mins early, and I really appreciated the promptness. I texted multiple times prior to my move date to make sure we were still on track (I'm a little paranoid) and each time they responded in less than 2 mins saying we were on track. Took 3 hours to move everything and was super painless, everything was wrapped professionally and properly tied down in the truck. I was concerned about TV (but it was no issue). Also, they had the best rate I received when I requested quotes through yelp. If you're reading this trying to decide which movers to book. Book Hello Movers.

Although there is some mis-arrangement which caused our move time to get postponed repeatedly from scheduled 10am up until late afternoon 5pm, the workers are of good service. Easy to communicate, fast to move things around. Happy with their service in general. There seem to be some mistake on their shifts which caused our scheduled move time to be postponed several times and we pretty much waited a whole day for them to show up, so they definitely need to work on their admin/planning stuff. But the workers are great. Cheaper than brother movers.

Amazing service from Hello Movers. Did a wonderful job, handled all my items with care, and disassembled my furnitures for me. Friendly and attentive staff. Big shout out to Owen and Jiang for their help and hard work today. 10 out of 10 highly recommend :)
