I did taxes with them for two years and it was a pretty subpar experience. The CPAs are good but the front line person that I worked with asked me what a backdoor roth IRA was. I had to explain to her what it was which was pretty frustrating. I would have expected them to have known that. The CPAs and the partners were able to catch it and were knowledgeable but time with them was far and few between.
