Had appt at noon. Arrived at 1150. 3 people came in after myself and after looking at the sced they all had 1130 am appointments and were taken right in. Finally into a room at 1215 . Asked about the doctor and the reception said that the doctor wasn’t even in the building. 115 still waiting. But nobody updating the patient.
Poor service wouldn’t recommend to anyone

In a span of a month, I have called 4 times trying to set an appt up for my Mom. One call, a staff member even said ‘I can’t bc we’re short staffed’ , you couldn’t take 2 minutes out of your time to set an appt? ..it’s upsetting that every time I call, i have to give all of my moms information over & over again just for them to say ‘we’ll call you back’ just for them not to, and I’m back to square one. We just lost a month into fitting my mom into an appt to receive primary care.

Dr. Khetrapal and his staff are as good as it gets. He took a lot of time with me and both him and his office staff were very caring. I have been trying to find a good doctor for a long time and have found it in Dr. Khetrapal!
