Big shout out to Kelly who got me booked for an urgent visit to have a foreign object imbedded in my eye. Great big shout out to Dr. Sin who exhibited great skill and patience in removing the object. 5 star rating for all involved.

I’m a big fan of F.O.G. Their Doctors are top in class, their inventory is great, and the team helping you throughout your visit are really good. I would have given 5 stars however sometimes the welcome desk team makes you feel like they are too busy to help you and they come across cold. This could be improved for customer experience.
Arnel is a super star and stands out.
Today Vikhal helped me with my glasses and warranty and insurance and she was amazing.

I've been going to this place for many years and getting quality service. One star off because they say to come 15 min before scheduled appointment , which I did, then I sat for half hour until seeing the doctor. Afterwards I waited 10 min for staff to become available to help with glasses but they were still tied up (only one staff) so I left without glasses and I needed a replacement for scratched lens. Had to leave to return to work and ended up buying glasses online ($40 cheaper).
