    They have the worst billing system in the world.
    No one picks up the call at the billing dept as well as at the clinic to answer any questions or help with the appointments. I am stopping using your services anyhow. No complain about the doctors used so far. And their waiting times are out of this world.

    Suggestion: Please rename yourself as 'Forever Waiting Eye Care Physicians'

    I brought my friend here because he cannot drive. We had a 9:00 appointment and have been waiting for an hour and the doctor still hasn't come. This is the second time and probably the last.

    First visit: waited about 30 minutes in waiting room. Office staff and doctor kept saying "We're understaffed." Front office staff were rude to each other. Waited another 30 minutes in the exam room to see the doctor. Dr. Ray was aloof and seemed a bit arrogant. Quickly diagnosed and prescribed and described treatment. Did not describe the issue very thoroughly. Follow-up visit: Appointment time: 2:40pm Called back to exam room at 3:35pm Assistant touched my eye with tip of numbing dye eye drops (used for many patients). She also kept touching my eyes without gloves on to keep them open while checking the pressure. While waiting for doctor, observed more customer service issues. The women at the front desk seemed annoyed when patients checked in about when they would been seen (due to long wait times and no communication). They also sounded annoyed while taking calls from patients. Ended up leaving at 4:15pm after waiting for nearly two hours after my appointment was supposed to begin. When I let the office staff know I had to leave after waiting so long, she only stared at me. Called me 25 minutes after I left saying I need to follow up with an ophthalmologist, zero effort to make it right or keep a patient. She interrupted me on the same call when I attempted to express my concerns about poor customer service. Ick.
