Many thanks to Dennis from our family. He listened to our needs from the beginning. List out our options with prices clearly. Whenever I had questions, I texted him and he replied right away. The price was very reasonable compare with another mortuary in Hayward on Mission Blvd. We needed to take my dad’s ashes back home overseas which required extra documents. Chapel of Roses charged us only $28 which was the cost for the county charge for a death certificate. We got all paperwork in less than two weeks. The mortuary on mission blvd. told us the paperwork would take 4-6 weeks and cost $500.

I absolutely love this place. Dennis is the guy! Grief is hard enough as it is but Dennis and chapel of roses are always so patient and always willing to communicate any time you need them. They treat you and your family with gentleness, and kindness it’s almost like you forget you’re doing business with them. I love chapel of roses and I plan to bring my entire family here. ( as I already have with my brother and my father) thank you chapel of roses! Not to mention how beautiful my brother and father looked on their send off. Uhg, this place deserves an award! Promise you won’t be disappointed!
We needed to make arrangements for our son in CA. We live in WI. Our local funeral home arranged to utilize their services- Dennis was outstanding to work with at our time of great loss - very kind and patient.
