Chapel of the Roses helped us through a very difficult time with the death of our son. They worked with us professionally at a time when we were experiencing a lot of grief. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Nobody looks forward to the tragic experience of the passing of a loved one. But Dennis and his team did a truly magnificent job. Having never experienced a loss in my immediate family, I was simply unaware of what was required. My children and I were treated with the utmost respect and care through the entire process. Despite the "scary stories" I've heard most of my life of what this would be like, I was more than amazed at how it actually went. I thank all who were involved in making the most difficult time of our lives bearable.

Service from COTR was ideal from beginning to end. Within an hour of my Dad's passing, I called Dennis in a flustered, confused state. He was so present, compassionate and professional - detailing available options and steps necessary to make sure all essentials were addressed. Throughout the process, he provided the reassurances, prompt communication and follow-through we needed to know everything would be taken care of according to our Dad's and family's needs.
