Kemberlee is incredibly skilled; she took my bushy, uneven brows and really took the time to make them perfectly shaped to my face. She’s also very kind and knows how to read a room: sometimes we don’t talk at all if I’m not wanting to, and other times we spend the entire appointment talking about whatever. She’s great and the only technician I’ll schedule with!
First waxing experience and I was surprisingly at ease for most of it once we got started! The front desk staff was super sweet and welcoming and my waxer, Alyssa, was very accommodating with my disability as well as my comfortability and a great conversationalist.
I do appreciate all the staff answers the phone if I have questions or want to confirm my reservation. If they cannot answer they call me back promptly. I always have a very good and positive experience with Kemberlee. Overall, all the staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional so please keep it up!
