Had two different installations (carpet and flooring) scheduled. Got a call the installation had to be rescheduled due to vehicle issues. When they called, the agent never clarified it was only one of the installations, so caused confusion and frustration on my part. That little pain jumps out for me BUT both the carpeting and the flooring look GREAT and would definitely use Empire again.
Chattin was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. With a design background, and a complete understanding of Empire’s carpets, I knew I was in good hands.
