But poor time management.
Let me describe it:
I was scheduled for an appointment at 10:30am. Apparently I was the first patient. That day I spent 2 hours to get to his office (coming from Sacramento). I arrived at the location at 10am. And, surprise...his office was closed. Right away checked open hours, it stated that they should be open from 8am.
At 10:15 someone from inside opened the door.
10:30 an assistant arrived from some coffee shop with coffee for herself and for the receptionist. The doctor was not there yet at all.
Dr. Cohn arrived at the office at 11:05 am.

I’m worried about Dr. Cohn. I’ve been seeing him for years but no one answers the phone or responds to messages. One day, I even walked in and the office was closed in the middle of the day. What is going on? I hope you are okay Dr. Cohn?
Doctor Cohn was very thorough, competent and reassuring. He patiently explained the issues to me, and I didn't feel rushed. His diagnosis was subsequently confirmed by a retina specialist.
