We used Deens to repair an old full size Konica Minolta workhorse printer that we currently don't have under a service agreement. They were very responsive and great to work with. We will continue to contact them if we have any more issues with this copier.

FantastIc service on an old 2007HP laser jet printer. Curt was knowledgeable, quick, and kind in troubleshooting my printer quality issues. Upfront with labor and parts costs. Replaced the roller. We should support these reliable small family-run businesses.

It is unfortunate that Mitsubishi stop manufacturing dye sub printers. Although support is dwindling and supplies are almost scarce, my K60s continues to serve my photo business reliably. Recent malfunctions have almost sidelined my printer until Deens Electronics revived it with a simple thorough cleaning service. Since the printer count on my troubled printer was low, a failing fuser head would've been a cost killer. Needless to say, I'm putting this printer back to service shortly. If all goes well, I'm definitely bringing in my other printer for a deep cleaning as well. Their years of experience in printer repair and service, should've warranted... read full review
