Great service and great value....Joe was responsive and professional. His price was half of the other guys and he came for service in exactly the amount of time he said - 20 mins. Other guys made me wait 2 hrs - kept saying be there in 20 mins but there was some delay or other and gave the estimate which was outrageous.

Joe showed up on time and provided the service at half the cost of other guys. I wish I had called Chida Locks before calling other guys - would have saved so much time and energy. Other guys took 2 hrs to show up and gave estimate that was total rip off. Called Joe, he showed up in 20 mins and got job done in 5 mins with reasonable cost.
