Very impressed with Dan, one of the owners, who was most patient and professional in explaining the process of fumigating one's home. He's clearly a pro with 38 years of experience doing this kind of work. We look forward to working with him and his company.

I had a fumigation performed by Best Care this past weekend. From the initial contact with them through to picking up the key to return to my home, my experience was excellent. Starting at the beginning of the process, I called and asked to speak with someone who could help me understand the prep work required for a fumigation. I ended up speaking with Don, who patiently answered my questions and educated me on the process. Don also volunteered to come to my house and walk through the interior/exterior and tell me what could be done to achieve optimal results. Thank you Don - it was great to meet you in person! When the crew arrived on fumigation day, they were friendly and efficient. 4-5 people showed up and immediately began to tent my house. They took care to not damage the gutters, roof and solar panels - as I had highlighted to Don during our walk-through. I returned to the house a couple of days later to find my house locked, windows closed, the key hidden where we agreed to hide it, and the Notice allowing me to re-enter posted on the front door. The plants were in good shape, and the gutters, roof and solar panels were also in good shape. Overall, the property was left clean and tidy. I learned Best Care Fumigation does 10-20 fumigations per day, which equates to 50 a week, ~200 a month, and ~2,400 a year (using 10 fumigations per day as the basis). They have the knowledge, skills and abilities to fumigate your house efficiently and effectively. I'd say the vast majority of customers do not write a review given they have 40 reviews posted on Yelp as of my review. Jim Alexander
