These guys installed a total of four appliances in our kitchen: a new cooktop with hood, and a built-in oven and microwave. When scheduling appointments, we would agree on a day and they promised to provide a time frame two days in advance although they did this even earlier than that. On the day, they gave me a more precise estimate when they were on their way. I am extremely appreciative of this. The only issue was that the new hood has a smaller profile compared to the old hood and did not cover some unfinished portions of the adjacent cabinets. This was expected however they could only recommend a way to address it instead of including as part of the job. Maybe this is normal for this type of work but I don't think it should be.
