I used to love this place. I came regularly for almost five years and never had any issues. I even drove from San Jose and from Oakland, wherever I lived I always made the drive to go to them. Since COVID they have not been keeping proper records. I purchased a package in early 2020 before COVID lockdown and when they reopened they had no record of my purchase. I was told my last purchase was 2021 which it wasn't because I had purchased in 2020 before COVID. They are cheating me out of money. They have poor organization and poor recording keeping. I lost 7 visits now and lost money due to their record keeping. I used to recommend them, but now won't be visiting anymore and will no longer recommend. They are no longer worth it. I'll have to find someone closer.

Service location: 3890 Lake arrowhead avenue, fremont, CA 95555 PLEASE DON’T GO HERE I would rate 0 star, if there had an option to do it. It was my first ever experience with this saloon. Here is how it goes I went to the saloon and asked for a brow cleaning service. The lady did the service and she also did brow shaping without even telling me. Later on she redeemed my groupon (I got the text msg saying groupon validated. I am attaching screenshot) but they didn't accept it because date format on redeem page was incorrect. They were really rude while explaining the issue. We thought to not argue more and pay for the service. But guess what ? they charged us more for brow shaping service which we didn't even ask for and they denied giving refund for the additional charge. They also made us wait for payment and handled customers who came after us. All in all this was a horrible experience and I wouldn't ever recommend this store to anyone. Horrible customer service. I purchased a groupon for three leg waxing services and only used one in February. Alameda County then went into SIP and I didn't use the rest. According to Alameda County all salons and indoor services were supposed to be closed up until recently. So not sure how this salon was opened since June. There would've been no way for me to know since everything was supposed to be closed. Manager said she would only honor one but not both. Then she proceeded to tell me she preferred to loose money than to have a sour mouthed client come in and cause a scene. She said I could take the one service or deal with groupon. We all know groupon isn't going to refund me since I used one service. Save yourselves and take your business elsewhere.
