They have three banners outside saying they offer $5 threading and they charged me $12. When I asked why they have a flag outside had a different price, the worker said it’s old and we can’t take it down. Had a very negative experience and they did not do a good job.

They refused to refund terrible work. Staff is great, management was terrible and hostile. Left tons of hair under the eyebrows, and made the right one crooked. They tried uploading before and after to justify their terrible service but the after picture they uploaded doesn’t show the actual quality of the “after” it’s a far away picture in dim lighting. As you can see in the close up, the right brow is chopped and crooked, and there’s tons of hair under them, especially in the unibrow section as well. Nice try, trying to justify like you did a favor, claiming they look better now than before. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!

OWNER IS RUDE
The lady did not ask what I wanted and took a lot off my brow. She didn't show me the mirror, I left very unsatisfied with the shape. I cried when I saw my brows. I went in for thread and wax. I've I had requested a refund on just the brows & they guaranteed me a refund. When Ileft I got off the phone with the owner who called me to tell me they don't see the difference and my brows look better now. They called with a hostile tone. How are you going to tell me what looks better when my eyebrows no longer have the shape I came in with!
