Our sewer backed up. A2Z came out quickly and were able to determine the sewer line was broken. They completed the work in a timely professional manner. The costs of the repairs were reasonable and we would definitely use them again!
Discovered hot water heater sprang a huge leak while I was at work. Did a search on phone for emergency plumber near Mountain View. Luckily A2Z came up first. They arrived quickly even though it was still evening rush hour. Installed pipe detour around the broken heater so I at least had cold water for toilet etc. that night. They came back the next morning with a new heater, installed it although they had to take the heater closet door off to pull the old heater out and put new heater in. Everything was fine and done pretty quickly. Price was reasonable given the emergency service and door situation. I would highly recommend them.
Juan's team is amazing, they used the camera to diagnose the root cause of the drain clog for an eichler house. They did a hydrojet flush from the roof so everything was clean in the house.
