Excellent service and Honest mechanic. Eric makes sure he lets you know what is needed and if unexpected repairs are discovered he will go over all details and lets you know how far your car could go if you want to hold off for later. His charges are a fraction of what the dealer charges and his work is quality.
My Mercedes quietly died on the side of the road on a Sunday and I had it towed to 510. They carefully worked on it until she was nursed back to health. It was more than the battery. They had to replace a valve body on an exotic variant. It took a long time to find the part but they got it done. Treated much better here than at the Fletcher Jones dealership in Fremont. I’ve gone to about a dozen mechanics over the years in the Bay Area and Erik and his team are the ones I trust more than anyone. 5/5. Highly recommend.
Was referred here by a friend of ours after being quoted thousands of dollars from the dealership. Not only was 510autoworks better priced, their workman ship, material and customer service was waaaay better than the dealership. Eric and his wife were super nice and communication through the whole service for our car was amazing. Definitely recommend them!
