the container itself is great. the delivery was ok, we had to wait all day and did not receive any updates. THE PICKUP is a nightmare!!! scheduled a week in advance, the day of pickup nobody showed up even talked to customer service same day (after 2h on hold). next day a total of 4h on the phone without success! DO NOT USE THIS company.note: social media specialist reached out and issue was resolved within hours. they also waived the pickup fee.

The only reason I would ever even consider this company again is for our delivery driver, Marcella! This company continues to give us the run around about our date of delivery once it was confirmed over and over and over.. at one time the driver said he would arrive in 39 min and never showed!!! Completely ruined our holiday weekend. They over charged us out the rear for their mistakes and it was a nightmare. Once Marcella finally was schedule to drop our box she was kind and pleasant and the hardest working woman I have seen!!! All my worries and stress faded!!! AVOID this moving company at all costs! We had an empty container delivered to us on Feb 22, scheduled for pick up on Feb 24. I received a call asking them if it was ok to pick up on Feb 25. I said that's fine as long as it remains on schedule to be delivered to destination on March 8. They missed pick up date, rescheduled it to Feb 28 (without telling us), and said they weren't able to pick up because vehicles were blocking the way of the truck. We confirmed through security camera there were no vehicles blocking the path to pick up the container. They eventually picked up the container on March 2, which delayed scheduled delivery TWICE!
