“My massage at Jaiyen Spa was lovely. My family gave me a gift certificate for the experience. Unfortunately I only used part of this gift. In order to use the remaining $79 gift I have to spend another $40, as there are no treatments in my remaining gift. Jaiyen does not refund gift certificates. I recommend if you’re giving a gift certificate give it for the specific amount of a given offering. Otherwise like me my family just tipped this spa $79 for purchasing a spa treatment gift certificate.
I won’t be using their service again, although the spa and massages were quite nice, I’m a a bit of a disgruntled customer.“

“I really loved this place. From the moment you walk into the lobby, there’s such a beautiful sense of space — the colors, the subtle details, the overall atmosphere feel very soothing and thoughtfully designed.
The spa itself is not very large, but it has everything you need. And what it does have, it does really well.
The steam room is amazing — you can feel your whole body deeply relaxing there. The soaking tubs are a highlight for me: you can close the curtains and have full privacy, just sink into the water and fully unwind. I even brought my own eucalyptus oils and added them to the bath — it made the experience even more special.
They also have infrared sauna, and overall it feels like a complete reset for the body and nervous system.
What I especially appreciated is how quiet and uncrowded it was — in the mornings it was often just me or only a couple of other people. Very tranquil, peaceful, and grounding.
And the heated bed is such a simple but beautiful touch — lying there was pure pleasure.

The rooms are quite large. The showers don’t have any shelving, which can be inaccessible, and the ramps are a bit tiny. I loved our suite although the walls are very very thin. You can hear anyone outside or next door.“
