The cedar enzyme bath is warm (to hot) & dry -- no mud bath mess -- and invigorating. Your heart rate elevates, toxins leach through the skin, the cedar scent clears sinuses and offers relaxation. Heat can be adjusted by bath attendant, and several times during your 30-minute treatment you'll be checked on, and offered water or cold towels while you bake and exfoliate. Enjoy the warmth, and the baby butt-like quality of your skin when done. Stressed out, tired, treated myself to a lymphatic massage with cedar bath package. I have some experience with dry brushing, but there's nothing like a professional treatment with instruction how to achieve these results at home.
