“Rob came to repair our 20+ year old Kenmore Elite washing machine yesterday (10/20/2025). It was shot. Parts and labor were more than buying a new machine. He is a straight shooter. He told us what was wrong, why it was not worth fixing and recommended getting a Whirlpool or one of the brands that are built by Whirlpool for another label as they last the longest, outside of buying a commercial machine at 4x the price. He is a wealth of knowledge and I would unhesitatingly recommend him for any large appliance repair.“

This is our first step of the renovation (demolition and framing) I felt av groups did a perfect job so I want to give a review and will update the process along the step. I interviewed five renovation teams: Eventually, I decided to choose them. They have fair pricing, I'll definitely recommend them to everyone. Choosing a renovation team is truly a big learning process. We are at our first stage of renovation, framing and demolition. We found many things that needed replacing during the teardown process. For example, decayed or termite-damaged wood, old pipes; as well as installing insulation and reinforcing the foundation. Alberto was able to taking care of this for me. Alberto is also handling things like contractor licenses, worker's comp, and permits. He can clearly explain every detail, each steps, how long it will take, and how each part will be done. Most of the time, they take care of everything, so I don't need to go to the site in person. Every day after work, they also spend about half an hour cleaning up the site thoroughly.“

“Jason and his team did a great job! My only regret is I didn't call them first. We ran out of water, tanks dry. Another local well pump company came out quickly and diagnosed that the well pump was needed to be replaced. They ordered a new pump, but didn't get me a quote for the work to be done for 9 hours, delaying getting the pump ordered. That should have a warning sign. A full 6 days later they had the pump and came out to install it. Right away they had issues and couldn't pull the pump. After much stress, I was out of town on an emergency assignment, I did what I should have done in the first place and call Superior Pump. Jason came out the next morning, pulled the pump, called me with a cost and completed the job that day. Wow! Thank you Jason, I really appreciate it!“
