We have used El Camino for three home purchases and sales. Each time, due to their deep knowledge of the community and pricing trends, we were able to sell our home quickly and at our fair asking price. In addition we were able to purchase homes at outstanding prices - one before it even went on the market! Our last purchase had some challenges but through good, professional communication with the sellers and their skill in real estate laws, we were able to get our dream home. I would suggest you not use this real estate company. Unfortunately, we did business with the broker and owner who is unscrupulous in his business dealings. He will go ahead and paint you a great picture on why to by the home but then leaves you out to dry when things go bad. I would also suggest not using the mortgage company that is associated with them. Unfortunately they gave us one of the worst loans. It was too bad that we did not research them in advance. We found out that this broker is in the middle of a bunch of legal issues pertaining to his business already. If you do business with them, just check them out first. But in my opinion, stay away!!!!
