“Primal Windows company is very professional. My two sliding doors were installed in less than four hours. Their work was clean, accurate and very professional. I was even impressed with the way they carefully transported the doors to my house. The sliding doors had black tape in certain sections to prevent them from scratching. Working with Claudia was easy. She answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately, I didn't know about this company sooner. I had previously hired a contractor to install a sliding door in my bedroom and the experience was horrible. We bought the sliding door from the Contractors Warehouse in Montebello thinking I was getting a deal, and it turn out to be a nightmare. They kept sending me the wrong size sliding door eventhough I wrote down the correct mesurements and gave them to the employee at the store. I had to reorder the door three times. On the third time I went to the Contractors Warehouse in Long Beach and finally I got the right size door. I unfortunatelly lost time and money returning the wrong size doors evethough it was not my fault . Don't make the same mistake and just hire a professional company. I truly recommend Primal Windows for their excellent service, great prices , quality work, and beautiful doors. Thank you Claudia for making this project stress free and affordable.“

“If you need your screen door fixed these are your guys. They were able to rebuild us a new screen door that worked like new. Our sliding door frame was not the easiest to make it work but they took extra time and were meticulous to make sure the door worked like new. Would definitely use them again for windows or if another door breaks.“

“K, I've talked with Jose like a year ago. Meant to send him a screen. But naturally didn't get my fat butt in gear. So today I remembered, called him. He came over in 30 mins. Crazy. He was over in Carson. Repaired two screens and two latches for me. Would have taken me another year to get to it. Glad I called, surprised at the response time. Like most say, not cheap. But dayum, he got em done. 30 mins total. I won't wait next time to call him.“
