They are Awful!!!! I would never send a loved one here! It's still Fountain Valley Hospital!!! Horrible..mistreatment of serious patients is massive!!! And malpractice is like fleas there!!! Never never ever...I love my family

Worst customer service!!! They changed your appointment without even bothering calling you. I am glad that I called one day in advance to learn that my appointment is rescheduled to another date without my awareness??? Such a waste of my time!!! Do not come here if you do not want to be get angry...

My first pregnancy having to use this facility and every appointment was disappointing. Rescheduled me without confirmation nor returning my call, and I had to go through my doc to reschedule. Then came in for my second appointment to learn that the office is closed when my doc schedule both appointments way in advance. Then final attempt, oh doc is not available we changed your appointment. No call, no message, just surprise! Wow, so unorganized. I had to request for a different location. Wasted so much of my time.
