Dr. Zia explains everything very thoroughly and does a careful exam and takes symptoms seriously. I didn’t know a little pain could be a sign of a cracked tooth and he found it and talked about what to do next in detail and then was able to start all of that in the same visit. He was also able to recommend follow up with other specialists to make sure I would be ok long term and not have this happen again. His staff is also very friendly and supportive.

I have been a loyal patient at this practice since 2013, when it was under Dr. Chan's care. Dr. Chan and his staff, including the hygienist Barbara, provided exceptional care and always made each visit a pleasant experience. I was consistently warmly greeted and had complete trust in the dental care I received. However, since Dr. Ebrahimi took over in 2020, the quality of care has noticeably declined. The warm, familial atmosphere has been replaced by a transactional approach that seems to prioritize profit over patient care. Recently, I scheduled a cleaning with Barbara, whom I have always trusted. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that Barbara was with another patient, despite having confirmed my appointment with Sabrina the day before. Dr. Ebrahimi performed a rushed 15-minute cleaning that felt incomplete and subpar. Given that he had recommended more frequent cleanings, especially due to my pregnancy, I expected a thorough service. After driving over an hour for this appointment, I left feeling frustrated and as though my time had been wasted. I attempted to address my concerns with Dr. Ebrahimi by calling the office. Despite Sabrina's assurance that he would return my call, he never did. When I followed up, I discovered my status had been changed to inactive. This lack of direct communication and disregard for my concerns felt unprofessional and dismissive, and seemed like an easy way to avoid accountability. It's disappointing to see how much this practice has deteriorated since Dr. Ebrahimi's takeover. The front desk staff now feels rude and unprofessional in handling patient concerns. I hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointment I've experienced. If you value personalized care and respect, you may want to consider other options

My experience with this dental clinic went above my expectations. All staff are knowledgeable in their respective fields. My family and I (Mom, brother, and myself) have been coming to this office since the early 2000's when it was run by Dr. Chan. When we first started coming here, Dr. Chan made us feel like family, and the staff at front of house (Sandy) made every patient feel like a part of the practice's family. Even the hygienist (Barbara) became an extended member of our family, checking in with us on routine cleanings. So much so, every one of us looked forward to going in for a cleaning. Shortly before 2020, Dr Ebrahimi bought this practice and it has never felt the same sense. Slowly but surely, every member of my family has had a run in with the new staff, and the doctor himself, leaving us all to abandon this practice in search of a better, more honest dentist. Here's what anyone looking to come here should know. Dr Ebrahimi is a competent dentist (as far as I can tell), however he is a transactional dentist. He's will bring you in, give u a half effort cleaning, and then tell you that you require a "deep clean" which will inevitably not be covered by insurance. Additionally, he will likely recommend that semi-annual cleanings are not enough, recommending quarterly cleanings. Each of these quarterly visits will end with you being informed of some new product that he strongly recommends, whether it be a nighttime mouth guard, or whatever the latest high profit product is at the most recent DDS conference. If you refuse his advise, he will likely stop giving you any attention and may even send you a letter saying that he refuses to see you. (See attached letter to my wife). This is a far departure from what this office used to be under the ownership of Dr. Chan who was a loving, caring, and relationship driven dentist that valued his patients and understood that upselling was a shortsighted strategy. I don't write a lot of help reviews, however after Dr Ebrahimi sent my wife the attached letter accusing her of things that never happened, I felt a need to write this review. Dr Ebrahimi is a man who does not value his patients as evidenced by the attached letter. When my wife showed up to his office 8 months pregnant for a cleaning with our long-time hygienist Barbara, the doctor panicked because he had double booked Barbara, and rather than accommodate the situation, he gave my wife a 20 minute (sub-par) cleaning so he could bill her insurance. My wife objected to the cleaning and asked to be rebooked. To which the front desk staff refused and said that she would need to pay because they had already billed insurance. I don't need to belabor the point. I think we all know how this story goes. The kicker to this whole story was the attached letter I received in the mail. Dr Ebrahimi is a competent dentist, but he is a transactional businessman who views his patients as a dollar sign. If that sounds like the dentist for you, give him a try. For me and my family, after 20+ years coming here and driving long distances to do so, we are done. I hope this review is helpful, and I sincerely wish Dr Ebrahimi had the wherewithal to value his patients. Most importantly, had Dr Ebrahimi simply called me or my wife to talk to us, this review would never have been posted. Instead, he sent us this attached letter. Bottom line - find another dentist.

My experience with Dr. Naman was just amazing! He is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled doctor. My teeth feel so clean and brand new! He took a whole two hours to get my teeth deep cleaned. I felt like he did such a diligent and incredible job. We knew that going to the dentist could be such a pleasant experience?! I felt like I was in good and capable hands throughout the whole process. I could not recommend enough!!
