Thank you Linda for treating me as your pt. wih the most utmost care at a time that I thought I needed anti-anxiety medication or something to cope with being a new mom stressed out on my own, and you talked me through the other options like Yoga and excercise, without medication. You are a lifesaver as my best friend is going through major turmoil after changing meds and now weening off as she ended up in psychiatric care last year. Medication is a band-aid and not a cure and so many Dr's just write the scripts. You are amazing! God bless you and have a wonderful holiday season!
