Love Dr. Kassawat. She is very detailed and kind. On the shy and quiet side but I don't mind. She nailed my eyeglass prescription which is tough as it fluctuates from morning to evening due to a very old RK procedure I had done elsewhere. And if she sees something suspicious, she refers me to an ophthalmologist to follow up. But she has been right on in diagnosing... I now have early macular degeneration and cataracts. I just want to mention that lots of the negative reviews seem to be (1) old (like more than 5 years ago) and (2) about the receptionist person. As of my visits in 2024 she had a great reception person, and second optometrist to handle the increase in business, AND a big new bright office, double the size. I like her. I have been coming for years.
Dr. Kassawat has worked with me to get the best vision out of my eye, which has developed cataracts. She has worked with me for over six months, tweaking my prescription for the best results. I visited her today for over 30 minutes. She is friendly and focused, always taking the time to figure out the issues and willing to try many possible solutions. I highly recommend Dr. Kassawat, and her level of service is top-notch.
Dr Kassawat takes her time with you, gives you the care you need. She's been at this location for a very long time and my friends and family all goto her for upmost care with our eyes. She is knowledgeable and has all the coupons for the medication I need. The staff takes good care of you by not making you wait too long and is kind every time I go. Type of care Dr Kassawat gives me and her patients by catering to her patients of their needs. I am blessed to have her as my eye doctor.
