Nice office on the inside. I was seen by a student. She was nice but not my Dr. Did not leave me a message to pick up my glasses. Took two portal messages and one voicemail to get status 30 days later that they’re ready. No clear history’s on who called and if they left a VM. Glasses ordered 2/4 ready 2/11. I’m picking them up 3/14. Something is wrong there.
