I had body work my Regina and it was so powerful. It really got into my fascia like no one ever has. Every nook and cranny.
I also got accupuncture and it was a very spiritual and heartwarming experience. He also suggested some Chinese herbs that I have been loving. I can’t wait to go back!

I originally went in for general wellness, digestive issues, and to address plantar fasciitis, which had been bothering me for some time. In just a handful of treatments, my plantar fasciitis has improved significantly, and I've noticed an overall boost in my well-being. We had an in-home postpartum session with Tina and it was wonderful! Having her able to come over to the house during the first 40 days was such a huge benefit. She is extremely knowledgeable and has tons of great tips for pregnancy and postpartum.
