I was impressed with my experience with this office. After scheduling my appointment I received a text allowing me to fill out all my new paperwork. Much more convenient than showing up at the office and filling out. While waiting for my turn, Janet and the other employee there were so friendly and amazing. Including during my eye exam. I felt extremely comfortable and welcome. I also got a text when my new glasses came in which was also super convenient

I ordered custom lenses from here and received the worst quality. They became scratched with a fingernail. It was my first pair ever, so I never bothered complaining. After a few other pairs, I learned that wasn’t normal.

Poor customer service. Also did not honor the warranty for my girls glasses. When my girl asked me if we could pay extra for the warranty i said yes because you tend to lose them or break them. He didnt tell me that they dont cover if theyre lost. But when she brought in her lense and frame he told her those are not the right frames. But i could have sworn they said the warraty covers if theyre lost or broken which i why i mentioned that when asked if i wanted to pay extra for the warranty. Im very upset about this. It seems like i should have checked the reviews before having my girl get her glasses there. Id like to give him 0 stars but it forces me to give one star.... read full review
