I had a great experience today. Miraculously my knee felt better as I walked through the sliding doors. Friendly staff and very prompt PA. I didn't catch his name, maybe Nicolas? Anyway, I highly recommend as this has been my 3rd or 4th visit since 2020.
Went in today for a finger that I cut during a cooking class and to explore a possible uti infection The staff were great, check in efficient and everything finished in about 20 minutes.
Jon D. and Robyn were sooo goood. I have never felt this positive about visiting urgent care. In case I need urgent care - this is the only place I'd want to go.
Update, visited second time few weeks ago, and experience was smooth and professional.
The female NP and the front and back MA were very knowledgeable and caring. They took my concerns seriously and assured me about next steps. I came in feeling sad about my injury but they made me feel confident about a recovery plan. Thank you to the team
