Nice building and relatively good prices. However Rude employees, long wait times even with an appointment. The doctor will rush the exam when finally being in the room after waiting. I'd recommend looking for a more hands on and friendly veterinary office.

Very helpful and supportive front desk, pet handlers, and doctors. I’ve been coming for about 3 years for the cat I adopted. This is my first cat so I had a lot of questions each year/visit and yet I was never made to feel bad for asking questions. Most recently, Esmeralda at the front desk was a perfect example of how to be kind and patient. She explained my cat’s procedures with good tone, pacing, and zero signs of annoyance. My cat Dolly will keep coming back!

I don’t get all these bad reviews. I nearly cancelled my dog’s teeth cleaning appointment when I read them.
But I am glad I gave them a try, because they were great! My appointment was on a Tuesday- drop off between 7:30-8:30. I arrived at 8am, checked in at the kiosk and dropped off my dog in about 10 minutes. There were 2 other dog owners waiting to be seen at that time in the morning. I picked up my dog at 4pm. Again, there were about 2-3 others waiting to be seen, but nothing like the hours long wait in the other reviews. Maybe those reviews were from people who went on the weekend? Idk- it wasn’t crazy busy at all on a Tuesday.
And the teeth cleaning itself was MUCH cheaper than what 3 other local vets had quoted me. So thank you, AMC!

If I could give no stars I would. This place is horrible. I need to have my pet seen by the vet it was a walk in visit no appointment. After 20mins of waiting they asked me to come back the next day because they were busy. It was a walk in so it's a little understand. So I scheduled for an appointment the next day. It's been almost 2hrs and my pet still hasn't been seen. What's the point of an appointment if they still treat you as a walk in? I highly recommend looking for another vet even if this is the closest one to you

The staff are very nice, but the wait time is kinda ridiculous even if you have an appointment.
I have a 2:20 appointment and and hour later still nothing has been done.

Terrible. My one year old cat had a urinary blockage. We paid over 2k for it to be unblocked. They sent the cat home three days later. I had to take the cat back again 72 hours later, because it was still blocked. When I took him back, the doctor even said we probably sent the cat home too soon. They also admitted to forgetting to fill the SO diet prescription when we initially picked them up. I had to pay another nearly $200 bill for that second visit. They didn’t do a second blockage removal that day, but said to come back in two days. We did and again they didn’t remove the blockage, said it was going to cost 2k again (despite their two errors on the first process). This has cause my cat so much pain and we basically wasted $2,500 and hours of our time for our cat to be in a worse position than before. Be cautious! I wish I could have spend my money elsewhere, because I know he could he could have gotten better help and now I don’t have the funds repeat the process.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this vet’s office. The wait time was ridiculously long — nearly three hours past my scheduled appointment. I understand delays happen, but if this is a regular occurrence, it really defeats the point of scheduling an appointment in the first place.
When we finally saw the doctor, the exam felt rushed. They barely looked at my pet before immediately jumping into prices and recommendations. It came across as impersonal and unprofessional, which isn’t what you want when your pet needs tender love and care.
I had hoped for a more attentive and organized visit, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

Nice people in and out

I've been bringing my pets to Animal Medical Center for over 15 years—long before the facility remodel—and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The veterinarians here have earned my complete trust. They always provide honest opinions and truly care about what’s best for your pet, without pushing unnecessary treatments or medications. Their prices are not only fair, but often better than other clinics, and you can tell they genuinely want to help, not just profit.

I really appreciate how easy and straightforward they are to work with. It's comforting to know my pets are in good hands, and I’ll continue bringing all of them here for years to come.

Highly recommend!

I have been taking our dogs and cats here for years. The people are friendly and the care is excellent. The wait time is usually quite long, which is annoying but I'm ok waiting because the price is better than other places. They have entertaining animal videos to watch while you are waiting, so that helps.
