First, Walt answered my call asked my problem (water heater) he set up appointment within the next two hours on a Sunday. I got a technician out within a 2hr wait window. We received excellent exceptional help from Michael. Very knowledgeable and experienced specialist. He was Great!!! He showed us the part and fixed the problem. He made my family very happy and now we have warm water! Thank you for this great experience!

My water heater was leaking. The company responded on a late Sunday afternoon, offered a next day morning appointment, Michael arrived promptly and the service was done professionally & nipped the issue! All steps were well explained. I especially appreciate Michael neighborly attitude.

I cannot recommend Jesus B. and Water Heater Specialists any higher. They were prompt, thorough and extremely professional. Jesus explained the removal and install in great detail and also recommended ongoing maintenance practices to get the most life out of our new water heater. Gracias, Jesus!
