When we discovered our water heater was leaking, my thought was, no hot water for several days or weeks. I called Water Heater Specialists Inc.and made an appointment for assessment. Rich showed up right on the earliest scheduled time. He was polite, asked a few questions and after assessing the situation, he stated he can replace it now. It was an easy decision for me, so I said okay. To keep this short, I was pleased with Rich’s attitude, professionalism, neat and efficient installation in record time.
