I hired Sepanta Electric to troubleshoot a power outage that we were experiencing in a downstairs area of our house. We had several other electricians out previously to troubleshoot and they could not find the problem or did not return to continue trying to troubleshoot. Ben came out initially and spent about an hour trying to determine if it was an easy fix. After determining the problem was more complex, he returned with 2 other employees to perform a more thorough search. They found the problem in less than an hour, which turned out to be a burned out connector in a junction box in the attic/crawlspace.
