First time at Tailored Tails. Bianca was great with my 12 yr old Shihtzu. He was terribly matted from not being able to be groomed since May due to a medical condition. She had to shave him very short. She was gentle and patient with him and he feels so much better without all that hair. The location is easy with ample parking. Definitely recommend.
This is the first time I sent my dog to a groomer. I asked for an appointment 3 days ahead and the owner responded quickly and squeezed us in even though they are fully booked. All the staff and owner here are so friendly and they did a great job. I will go back to get a tune-up for my dog when needed.
This is our first time my partner and I have taken our Great Pyrenees, Pebble, to grooming since adopting her and we are sooo happy we took her here! Pebble was COVERED in dirt from camping the past few days. I wish I took a before picture but she was looking rough and weighed down. I called this morning at 8:50 am and luckily they had a cancellation so Pebble was in the door at 10 am. Our groomer was Jazmin and she DELIVERED! Pebble came out from the back bursting with joy, the whitest we've ever seen her, with pretty purple bows on her ears and a purple bandana around her neck.
