My company used this service and had nothing but trouble. Their service is nearly impossible to use. They claim it's an "AI" service but it relies solely on countless inputs from the user. The platform to navigate seems to have come out of the 1990s and is the opposite of user friendly. Their own staff had trouble navigating the platform and also had trouble logging in on their end when attempting to assist. It's one of the highest price platforms there are and delivered absolutely no results. They also made a huge clerical error and launched a campaign prematurely which damaged an initiative we had been working on for months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this company. They will bring 0 results. Their service is of the lowest quality and their product is near impossible to use. They came to our offices physically after we told them we wished to cancel. They could not even log into their own system to make any adjustments. This has to be one of the lowest quality AI platforms on the market and that too at the highest price. I would stay far far away from them. No one on my team could successfully use their product as it is not user friendly. We had very little help other than lip service. There are several other options on the market which will easily provide an ROI. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
