Ben came out initially and spent about an hour trying to determine if it was an easy fix. After determining the problem was more complex, he returned with 2 other employees to perform a more thorough search. They found the problem in less than an hour, which turned out to be a burned out connector in a junction box in the attic/crawlspace. He arrived on time with both visits, was very easy to deal with and completed the work well under the price we thought we were going to pay.
