This is by far the best gym in the county. The plethora of equipment is impressive and super clean. As gyms are concerned there is a good diversity of members, the staff is friendly, and again; the diversity of equipment is impressive. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their business

I absolutely love this amazing dance and fitness space. Jennifer is a great instructor. I hope classes will be ongoing after all this Covid 19 stuff! I'm ready for more classes!

When it comes to 24 hour gyms, this is literally the only one in town. My husband and I joined in November of 2019, and we pay $95/month for a couples membership plus an annual maintenance fee of $30. This facility is very large, with many different types of weight machines, cardio machines, and free weights. There is also a sauna members can use by signing up for a time slot. I also find this gym to be incredibly clean, which is comforting. I see some kind of cleaning happening almost every time I'm there.
