Nancy was fantastic, so kind, and very positive. She made our stressful and unpleasant situation so much better with her good humor and positive attitude. Did a fantastic job getting our Jeep into a mechanics shop and 10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you Nancy!!!
My car battery died on the day after Thanksgiving and everyone else around was closed. I was so grateful that Nancy at Orca Towing was working. She immediately drove over in her truck and jumpstarted my car. She was was extremely friendly and efficient, and even gave me tips for the future (I'm not very car savvy...). I'd highly recommend this place!
Everything you want in a towing company! He checked the local highways and called me as soon as it was safe to retrieve my car on Highway 1. Plus he called back the next day to make sure I was OK on the roads.
