The staff and doctor are very kind. The health evaluation and information shared was complete and thorough. I could not give a 5 star review for two reasons:
1.) I waited an hour to be seen including the 15 mins I was asked to arrive early for paperwork (which I completed with in 5 mins).
2.) The nursing assistant was in training. Her trainer and her entered the room and closed the door. Neither of them introduced themselves. I would expect the trainer to at least introduce herself and the trainee, or offer to explain why she was standing in the room watching the computer screen. A service the local community needs is still provided for here, but Adventist has not followed thru on it promise to improve the care here. They lost the Oncologist & haven’t replace that Dr. Luckily the staff is extremely well trained, experienced, & patient focused. It appears that Adventist is more focused on increasing their over the hill facilities than serving the medical needs here.
