Usually either five stars or four stars seems dishonest. But he deserved five.Story: back in September my wife and I were preparing for a trip. Unfortunately, I had some gum that was on the very nice rug in our bedroom. My wife was upset, and it threatened to cause a problem and stress for our vacation.So I called Dwain, who was able to make the appointment that was set while she went into town to run some errands. He was in and out quickly.I didn’t say a word about it. Not one. I simply let my lovely wife have the opportunity to see that the gum was completely and forever gone. Vanished. Eliminated.
