I went to this WalMart Vision Center just to see about getting a back-up pair of progressive glasses made at a reasonable price. I brought in my own frames and wanted to buy prescription lenses for them.. which is a service that other places including Costco, does not do. Jessica and Ramune were both helpful as I came in without an appointment. My current prescription was missing a bit of information, so we had to wait for my eye doctor's office to email it to me. Not only was Jessica totally patient in waiting for me to get the info, but she actually stayed late just to help me get my order complete. (They recommend bringing in a paper copy of your prescription when you come in, fyi). The staff was great, not pressuring me to upgrade features but letting me know all of my options. I feel the staff did a wonderful job of helping me get just what I wanted and at a great price!
Since I bought my frameless glasses from them, they always fixed my glasses for free when there was a need. I want to especially thank Ramune for fixing my glasses after one temple got completely detached.
