It is always such a positive experience going to Hoag medical system, in this case the urgent care in Foothill Ranch. The Staff are excellent - attentive and efficient. The location is beautiful and very welcoming. I highly recommend this location
I had two problems over Christmas that Hoag Urgent Care handled so effectively. First, I needed 25 surgical staples removed for an MRI appt, which was done with ease and no pain. Second, I was sick with the flu and bronchitis, and they helped get me the medicine I needed right away to get better.
It is very easy to make appts online, the wait time is minimal, and the doctor's are great! My needs have always been met and some of the doctor's have gone above and beyond to meet my emergencies. (12 out of 10)
If you are in need of going to a Urgen Care place I highly recommend hoag Urgent Care in Foothill Ranch. customer service is great, the nurse practitioner is amazing. You may have to wait a bit in the lobby to you get called but once you’re in the back in the room, they’re quick and fast and In-N-Out..
