Over promise, under deliver. Paid for over-seeding, and my neighbors laughed at how little seed was applied, even in the areas where the lawn had no grass. They don’t do what they say they’ll do, and don’t seem to care. Sprinkler inspection? Another joke. Buyer beware of this business.

Paid for the "FULL SERVICE SPECIAL $369.99" with a small discount for my husbands Military service. Also purchased aeration service for my Mom's home right across the street. Our lawn did not improve even a little. Bald spots are the same bald spots. Nothing changed or improved. When I called & spoke with Savannah she was all about the 's' at the end of the statement on their marketing brochure: Fully Recondition Your Lawn Through Corrective TreatmentS. That 's'. TREATMENTS. Best aeration company I've ever worked with. They are considerate of your animals, they are on time and do an excellent job! I would highly recommend them!
