What a great experience getting a haircut!!! From the time that I made a call to setup the appointment to the time I was finished. I was offered a cold refreshment when I came in, and they got the haircut. The stylist took her time to make sure that the lines on the fade were straight.
Overall best experience and customer service with getting a haircut.

Went in first time because my usual place was not open late Saturday. Needed a haircut for a conference I was attending next day.
Courtney got me in thankfully. I was very happy with the haircut. She listened and was able to give me what I asked for.
Also, I was tired, Courtney allowed me to be quiet when I was tired. After, I started talking and she kept up the pace. So great customer service, letting me lead the talking portion.
One of the best haircuts I have ever received! Mia was fantastic and really listened to what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and gave some great suggestions. The price point is definitely high but you do pay for what you get here. 10/10!!!
