I have never done review, I met Reina in corona, I drive to her at Valentina hair salon for 45 min, I always love love results I get in the salon I did my coloring, my haircuts, my highlights, and my Brazilian blowout, I highly recommend this salon Ive known Reina over 25 years. Also she’s been doing my hair over 25 years .Love her group of ladies they’re all really friendly. I trust everyone in the salon with my hair.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The owner is rude and unprofessional. I should have read the negative reviews before wasting my time and money. My hair was cut completely uneven, and when I expressed my concerns, she spoke to me in a disrespectful and dismissive tone. Someone in customer service should know how to handle disagreements respectfully, but she clearly does not. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this salon.

Such bad customer service. I have not even been there for a service and the receptionist already could not listen to what I was asking and was being rude and cutting me off at everything I said. How about you be quiet and listen to a customer. This is how you loose business!

Wonderful customer service! I felt like my hair was properly styled and cut, leaving me so happy with my hair. A special thanks to the wonderful stylist April who worked on my haircut. I love it so much definitely coming back.🩷

I deleted my review because I felt bad and I wanted to give them a chance to fix it. The way the owner reacted to the situation was so rude and unprofessional, I’m putting my review back up so no one else has to deal with this. It’s super long, I know.
From the beginning, I asked for bangs (first photo). Over the phone, they said walk in is fine. While Grace was cutting my hair, I apologized for coming in an hour before closing. She did my hair SO GOOD, I was so happy and pleased that I tipped her 30% instead of the usual 20% because I felt bad coming in an hour before closing and because I was just so happy that I was ready for Grace to be the only person I go to. My bangs were pretty long in the first photo, I would get poked in the eye a lot and I also wear glasses but Grace reassured me that once I used my hair roller it would lift so I left it alone for a week to test different styling techniques. I was still getting poked so I decided to call, I asked how much to trim and the lady who answered said don’t worry about it, just a quick trim. I come in, the owner says it’s $25, I mentioned the phone call and she said oh okay and no charge.
I have no idea what happened between the first time and this time. I asked for a TINY bit off. But she just chopped so much and it’s uneven. I gave Grace my hair roller to show me how to use it (some people start at the end, some people start at the top, I wanted HER technique). They’re completely two different bang styles now. I left a review but then I immediately felt like, okay you know what I’ll give them a chance to even it out or whatever. Deleted the review. Tried calling and they ignored me. My boyfriend called and the owner called back. This is where it went BAD.
She didn’t let my boyfriend speak AT ALL, the way she was talking was basically go f yourself, it was my fault I didn’t know how to style my hair (weird because I was really happy with my bangs and styling when it was too long, it was just a little long THAT IT, she was trying to make us feel bad for leaving a negative review because it’s a small business, told us we were ruining a small business. She said Grace had to close her shop, is retired and only works there part time. Again, basically kept repeating that it was MY fault that it came out bad and I didn’t know how to style it. Also mentioned how the haircut is normally $125 but gave me $65, but when I called over the phone before coming the first time, they said $65? I wouldn’t have gone if it was over $100. I had NO issues the first time, they were just a little long, that’s all. Just needed a centimeter off. I have no idea what happened.
To end this, Grace is a very very kind lady, she did mess up my bangs. The owner is what ruined this completely. The owners disrespect towards her customer, didn’t apologize for the mess up, blaming your customer when your hair stylist is the one cutting my hair, I didn’t cut it. I specifically came back because I didn’t want to mess up doing it myself. Again, Grace’s only fault is messing up. It’s the owner who handled this situation very poorly and what prompted to put my review back up for others to be aware, the other reviews are not lying when they say she is rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional.

Best hair stylist ever , didn’t damage my hair and tried to keep it as healthy as possible while I previously box dyed my hair, Reyna is super sweet and has great customer service

I called in for a service for a simple wash and they responded so rude and intitled. I asked for a gloss and they started acussing me of being a hairstylist and a liar and told me to to go get it done with whoever recommended. So rude and disrespectful. I was left so shocked and clueless I don’t understand their attitude

The lady who greeted us was polite. The salon appeared clean. The minimum price for any cut is $65.00 includes a wash, cut and style. If your just going for a trim may not be worth the price, but it's an option.
