Urgent Care At Sierra

I had a great experience at this urgent care. Everyone was nice, friendly and professional. I arrived just after they opened on a Saturday morning. There were six people ahead of me. I was treated and released within two hours (part of that time was to be monitored after a shot). I would definitely return to this location and recommend it.

Maria is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She refused to let me speak to a doctor or even a nurse after my daughter was seen and diagnosed with an infection. She’s only five years old and I was scared because of her very high fever. I called to find out if we could get her antibiotics since they didn’t prescribe any, even though they were the ones who diagnosed her with UTI! They sent us on our way without any prescription or medicine. There was zero sympathy or concern whatsoever from Maria who was angry and annoyed the second she answered the phone. I have been here a couple of times and each time they have you waiting longer than the estimated time that they give you when you first come in. So, expect a three to four hour wait, even when the lobby is empty. We waited 3 hours and it was not packed or crowded. Seems like they always have just one doctor working. But, actually it's a nurse practitioner that you see. (They say doctor though.)There's not really an urgency to get to you. They operate like sloths here. Go somewhere else. Last time I will be coming here.
